This view of the recently built Quincy Square, a welcome oasis of green and granite, brick and boxwood, was taken from an upper-story window of The Inn at Harvard. From this vantage point, the park's resemblance to a chambered nautilus is clearly visible. The scattered boulders--evoking glacial erratics--suggest the prehistory of the area.
