Need an Intern? An Extern?

Spring and summer provide willing alumni many opportunities to help undergraduates learn about prospective careers. For more information about programs like the Radcliffe Externships, which allow undergraduate women to live and work with an alumna over spring break, telephone Susan Arnott at (617) 496-8661, e-mail "externships@radcliffe.edu", or refer to the Internet at "http://www.radcliffe.edu/undergrad/externs/". The deadline is in early January. Even if you aren't able to offer a formal internship, find out about the Harvard Career Internships from Nancy Saunders at "nesaund@fas.harvard.edu" or call the Office of Career Services at (617) 495-2595. January 6 is the deadline for posting an internship that will be included in the OCS catalog. To post a paid or unpaid summer internship, contact the Student Employment Office, Byerly Hall, 8 Garden Street, Cambridge 02138, call (617) 495-2585, or visit the SEO's website at "http://www.seo.harvard.edu". (Please identify yourself as an alumnus or alumna.) All jobs listed on the Internet are also posted on the SEO's bulletin board.
