Harvard Law School - Commencement & Reunion 2010

Samantha Power, J.D. ’99, will give the Class Day address on May 26 at 2:30 p.m.

The Class Day address by Samantha Power, J.D. ’99, Lindh professor of practice of global leadership and public policy at the Kennedy School, senior adviser in the Obama Administration, and and Pulitzer Prize-winning author, for Wednesday, May 26, at 2:30 p.m. on Holmes Field. A reception follows at 4 p.m. on Jarvis Field.

On Commencement day, Thursday, May 27, degree candidates are invited to a "sunrise breakfast" beginning at 7 a.m. Candidates will gather in front of the main entrance to Harkness Commons to join the dean and the class marshals in a procession to the 1885 Gate at Quincy Street, departing at 7:45 a.m.

After the Morning Exercises, the HLS diploma ceremony is scheduled to begin at approximately 11:45 a.m. in front of Langdell Library. Lunch will be provided during the ceremony for graduates and guests with tickets.
