In July, the regional NLRB had ruled to invalidate the results of Harvard’s November 2016 graduate-student union election and order a new election.
The proposed 14-acre parcel, in purple stripes, sits south of Harvard Business School and east of the new science and engineering complex. The larger purple space represents the full 36-acre parcel eventually planned for commercial development.
