Cookbook author “Doc” Willoughby ’70 makes a Thai-inspired sauce.

John “Doc” Willoughby ’70 is working on his tenth cookbook with his friend and coauthor Chris Schlesinger, founder of the East Coast Grill in Cambridge. A Montage article in Harvard Magazine explores the process of writing a cookbook with Willoughby; this video joins him in his home kitchen as he prepares a Thai-flavored sauce for grilled pork.
