Harvard football defensive tackle Josue Ortiz makes headlines in the Globe

Utilizing his ability to read the opposition, the defensive tackle looks to be a force on the field.

Defensive tackle Josue Ortiz ’11, recently profiled in Harvard Magazine, was the subject of a preseason football article in the Boston Globe. In the piece, head Harvard football coach Tim Murphy noted both teammates’ inability to block Ortiz in practice, and opponents’ inability to do so in games. “He's about as good as we're going to get at this level,” the coach observed.
