Harvard alumni elected to the 117th Congress

Four new House members boost the roster of alumni in Congress to 54.

Incumbency has advantages. Of the 53 Harvard degree-program alumni or matriculants in the 116th Congress, 50 have returned for the 117th. The GOP roster now has eight senators and six representatives; across the aisle are six senators and 34 representatives, for a total of 54. Asterisks mark the four newcomers.
