Harvard partisans stormed the field at Yale Bowl to celebrate the Crimson’s seventh consecutive victory over the Blue. Thousands of discouraged Yale followers had left the Bowl at halftime.

In the final minute of play, safety Jaron Wilson stopped Penn halfback Kyle Wilcox at the Harvard 20-yard line after a one-yard gain on a swing pass. Holding off three final passing attempts, the Crimson defense quashed the Quakers’ late bid for a game-tying rally.

Harvard's varsity women's rugby team won the Ivy League championship

In their first varsity season, Harvard's women's rugby team won the Ivy League championship.

Ricky Zorn (5) was Harvard’s leading receiver in the Princeton game, with eight catches for 168 yards. Zorn scored the Crimson’s first touchdown on a 33-yard pass play, pulling in a ball that had glanced off the shoulder of a Tiger defender.

The Tigers claw their way to a triple-overtime win.
