Friday, May 27

Radcliffe Day. Panel discussion, “Higher Education Access and the American Workforce,” at 10:30, followed by a ceremony and keynote conversation between this year’s Radcliffe Medal honoree Sherrilyn Ifill, president and director-counsel emerita of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., and former HLS dean and 300th Anniversary University Professor Martha Minow.

Panel moderator, Ackerman professor of public economics and director of Opportunity Insights Raj Chetty leads a discussion with: director and research professor of the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce Anthony P. Carnevale; CEO of the National Education Equity Lab Leslie Cornfield ’81, J.D. ’85; Bunker Hill Community College President Pam Eddinger; MSNBC host Rachel Maddow; and University of Miami Trustee professor of political science and health policy Donna Shalala.
