A Harvard-trained lawyer, Dawn LaRochelle, J.D. ’96, owns a kosher catering business, Bete’ Avon! (Hebrew for bon appetit) in western Massachusetts. In this video, she explains some aspects of kosher eating as well as the techniques and challenges of catering a kosher feast—in this case, Tu B'Shevat, a Jewish festival of trees.
