Graduate School of Design - Commencement & Reunion 2010

Architect Denise Scott Brown will speak at Class Day, May 26, at 4 p.m.

Events begin on Tuesday, May 25, with a graduation BBQ, featuring provisions from Redbones and ice cream, at 1 p.m. in the portico rooms.

Class photos will be taken on Wednesday, May 26, in Piper, followed by a rehearsal of the GSD ceremony in the studio trays. The schedule, by degree program:

  • 1:15 p.m. Architecture
  • 2 p.m. Landscape Architecture
  • 2:30 p.m. Urban Planning and Design
  • 3 p.m. Master in Design Studies/Doctor of Design

Denise Scott Brown, principal of Venturi, Scott Brown and Associates Inc., will speak at Class Day, on Wednesday, May 26, at 4 p.m. in Piper Auditorium. A reception honoring the class of 2010 will follow, from 5 to 6:30 in the Gund Hall porticos, porch, and lobby. Graduating students, their families and friends, faculty and staff, alumni, and guests are invited. Dress is business casual.
