Harvard Arab Alumni Association

HAAA announces its fifth annual Arab World Conference, “Transforming the Arab World: New Perspectives on Modernity, Culture, and Change,” on Thursday, April 22, at the W Hotel in Doha, Qatar; a gala dinner follows at the Museum of Islamic Arts. The conference aims to harness the potential of diverse groups of Harvard alumni living in the region to identify innovative trends and successful strategies pertaining to the globalizing sectors of business, culture, education, health, and media in the Arab world today. Speakers will offer perspectives on such contemporary and critical issues as “Islamicizing” finance, “modernizing” women, “reforming” education, “globalizing” culture, and “privatizing” healthcare. Harvard-Radcliffe Science Fiction Alumni Networking Society

Phillips Brooks House Association Alumni

PBHA-A supports student service efforts and helps former volunteers reconnect with one another and with PBHA’s mission of service.
