Joanne Chang ’91, owner of the three Flour Bakery + Café venues in Boston, will create the birthday cake for Harvard's 375th birthday party on October 14. Chang, profiled in Harvard Magazine's Montage section in 2008, recently spoke at an event for the Friends of Harvard Magazine. Her new cookbook, Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston's Flour Bakery + Café, has raised her media profile of late.
